I make sure to be physically present with your pet and let your instructions but also the pet guide me with what they want to do. Each pet is unique in what they require AND want. I typically allow them time to adjust to me, play with them, and reinforce that I am here to feed and protect them.

Medical student who personally has two guinea pigs, two cats, grew up with dogs, and has previously owned many fish. I treat patients in the hospital and you can trust me to be professional and on top of your pet's care. Not many people have experience caring for rodents and fish. I also have personal experience owning two cats and growing up with 100+ pound dogs.
