Love dogs with plenty of experience
I have been doing Rover and Wag! for the past few years in Chicago and have experience with all types of dogs, personalities and breeds. I moved to the western suburbs a few years ago and looking to start house sitting in my home. I have a two year old daughter so will need the dog to be kid friendly and have experience with a toddler.

Michael is the best. I left my Pit Bull mix with Michael for a week and this was the first time my dog has ever been anywhere away for me for that period of time since I got her 3 1/2 years ago. He took great care of her, sent updates and pictures and I felt so comfortable leaving her with him. Michael was so kind and gave me such wonderful feedback about my dog and now I can honestly say that I am so happy I found somebody that I trust and that I know my dog loves I highly recommend Michael. You can tell that he definitely loves animals.
Michael was an outstanding sitter. He took great care of our dog and made us confident the dog was in good hands while we were away. Michael was also super responsive in communications and provided appropriate updates on how things were going. On top of it all, he left our home in pristine condition. Could not ask for much more!

Schedule
I currently go into the office three times a week and my wife goes in twice a week. There is usually someone at the house to look out for your dog, but there will be some days we are both in the office. I will take your dog on at least one long walk per day, as long as they are healthy enough to go on a long walk.

With all of the disruption of the owner going out of town, I try to keep the dog in the same feeding and walking schedule to help ease the change for the dogs.
A typical day
We will go for walks around my neighborhood. I will stay away from dog parks, unless instructed by the owner. I will be up for doing most things the dog likes to do.
