Schedule
There are very few times where your dog or cat would be left alone. My normal schedule for letting out dogs is every two hours.

Safety, trust & environment
My back yard is fully fenced with plenty of room for the dogs to run around. Your dog will have access to fresh water, couches, dog beds, and treats! I don't crate unless asked. I do charge a cleaning fee if anyone has frequent accidents or marks.

I live one block away from a school that has plenty of room for your dog and I to go on a walk or run and play.
