I’d like to know as much as I can about the dog beforehand. Id like to know if the dog is friendly with other dogs, I won’t be able to take on clients which don’t get on well as I have my own dog too.
A typical day
I love to learn the characters of the dogs to find out what they like to do. I use a wheelchair or scooter to get around outside, so I stick to accessible walks. Because of my experience, I know loads of great places to go!

I run my own dog walking business, which I have been doing for seven years. I have always loved dogs and I’ve learnt a lot about dog psychology and training. I have been an ambassador and speaker for a charity which trains assistance dogs for many years. Level playing fields dog walking services.

hello, I have known Michael for a long time, he has always been and remains a kind and caring person. he also works on festival sites with us over the summers, where he greets and helps members of the public around the site with chat and smiles, and keeps a close eye on the gateways and boundaries, our personal security guard!
I couldn't recommend Michael enough! He's very kind and caring, he is great with dogs and very professional. If your looking someone to look after your dogs he is the person to go to, whilst the girls are out with Michael he keeps me upto date on there activities and adventures so I know they are having a great time together.
I strongly recommend Michael, just wish he did childcare too! He is supper flexible, professional an friendly. Ziggy is deaf and can be a handful but Michael manages her really well with sign language. He has been a great help in giving advice about helping with her anxiety. He collects and does day care too - so just what we need. A safe familiar place and person. So pleased.
My dogs Izzy & Poppy are very fussy about who they like to take them for walks, and they love walking with Michael. They know he will let them go as slowly as they want so they can catch every single sniff there is around them! Poppy has had lots of surgery in the last couple of years for disc issues and her mobility is restricted and she is very uneasy around big dogs. Michale has always been sensitive to this and looked out for her.
