We both work from home 98% of the time, with different start and end times allowing us to work with your dogs schedule. However Mike is usually the one responsible for walks and meals.

Please tell us all about your Pups! Make sure to include any information we may need to know about your dog and their preferences. If they have any allergies or special needs, behavioral triggers, and how they are around other dogs. Additionally, we find the following is helpful information for us to know: Does your pup have any bite or aggression history? Do you know what their triggers are / were? Date of last bath or grooming appointment? Is your dog on flea and tick medication? Has your pup had all of their shots and vaccinations? Do you allow them on the furniture at home? We want to maintain your rules and habits at home to avoid confusing your pup. We both have experience with dogs with anxiety, dog reactive, wildlife reactive (rabbits/squirrels) and dietary restrictions/ allergies. We love having a happy pup in our home and want to ensure we're prepared for your pup to enjoy their stay so please don't hesitate to share all about your dog.
A typical day
A typical day would include plenty of play time with your pets favorite toy, a nice walk through the neighborhood, plenty of scritches and cuddles, and a healthy number of treats. We like to use enrichment toys like lick matts, snuffle matts, and lots of toys.

Pet care experience
We both were raised with dogs, and they've always held a special place in our hearts. From volunteering to help shelter dogs find homes, to fostering and adopting my own dog, I've spent a lot of time with a wide variety of dogs. I've gone through multiple training sessions for my own dogs and strive to provide a pleasant experience for both you and your pet. We both have experience with pet sitting and house sitting for friends and family in Southern California and are happy to host your Pup in our home here in Seattle. I work a flex schedule that has me working from home most days and my roommate also works from home so we're able to be here to provide your pup with all of the walks and play time they desire. We have a two bedroom apartment where your pup will have full run of the house. We are a short walk to the park / beach, where your pup will get plenty of play time in.

Sofia definitely bonded with Mike. She insisted on following him when he had to return to get something when we arrived to pick her up. Mike knows dogs and took excellent care of Sofia.
