For dog walking I make sure I am on time for scheduled walks, confirm with the client any information needed to access the dog (front door access code or garage code, alarm system etc.) make sure the dog does their business before letting them back inside and makes sure I do not let the dog interact with others if the owner requests. Lastly, I ensure that the dog is back home safely and is left exactly where I found them. For dog sitting I make sure I prepare my home before the visit by making sure all belongings are put away and the dog cannot access anything they should not be getting into. I make sure I confirm what dog treats/ food I should be giving them with the owner and that this is all provided to me for the visit.
