Reliable and experienced cat sitter
I've been a certified Cat Lady from day 1. I've had cats my entire life, and am currently a mom to four lovely furballs. I've previously volunteered in cat shelters so am familiar with all stages of life, personalities, and medical conditions. I am comfortable with seniors, kittens, and shy/fearful/special needs cats alike! I have experience with both oral and transdermal meds. I am also a neat freak - your cats litter box will NEVER go unscooped with me! My dream is to one day own and operate my own cat sanctuary for difficult-to-adopt cats - but in the meantime, catsitting is the next best thing!

Safety, trust & environment
Before confirming services, I would like to chat about your home environment first! First and foremost, I'd like to understand any current medication needs and health issues. A regular vet I can contact (and an emergency vet I can call after hours) is a must for me to ensure the safety of your kitty while you're away. Please let me know of any favorite hiding spots (especially if you have a fearful kitty). Please let me know of any potential hazards in the house (any plants, windows that could potentially open, etc) For each visit, you'll receive tons of photos to confirm your pet is safe, happy, and cared for! Lastly, I do maintain an Instagram for my cat sitting business, so know that I may post a photo of your cat. There will be no identifying information in the photo or a video, and I do not post any details of your time away for security reasons.

We had a meet and greet before deciding, and Miko immediately vibed with Micaela, so we knew it was a yes! She sent detailed daily updates about his litter box, mood, eating habits, and even his food bowl. It was honestly amazing. I was away in LA, but her updates gave me so much peace of mind that I didn’t have to worry about Miko at all. She really paid attention to the little things not like others. Lowkey fire, would definitely book again (soonnnnn)
Micaela was amazing! She remembered all the details, wrote up great reports, took lots of photos, and was very communicative and responsive. Iroh immediately took to her during the meet and greet and I can tell by the photos he really enjoyed her cuddles. Thank you, Micaela!
Micaela was an absolute joy! She went truly above and beyond for my kitty cat and made sure he was happy the whole time I was gone (as well as making sure I was happy, too!) I received the cutest pics I will cherish forever of him and the best feedback from his check ins. Helped keep his area clean, helped me out with other duties she did not have to do, truly the best care my cat and I have ever received.

Micaela took exceptional care of my two cats when I was out of town for 4 days! She was highly communicative and I always looked forward to her detailed and funny updates, with amazing photos of the kitties (now saved to my camera roll, that's how great they were!). Micaela is very thoughtful and detail-oriented, and quickly noticed their little personality quirks and preferences. Would definitely recommend and rebook!

I have a full time job with flexible hours - I primarily work remotely so it's easy to set aside time for your fur baby!
