We were so glad we found Mica & Charlie (and Mollie!) to take care of our 3 month old puppy, Arlo for the weekend. It was our first time away from Arlo, and from the beginning they put us completely at ease. They are so patient, kind and caring - and it is evident they truly love and understand dogs. They kept us regularly updated, and it was amazing to see Arlo have so much fun while we were away.

Ralph had an amazing time with Mica and Charlie, they showed him lots of love and affection. We also received plenty of updates, which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Mica and Charlie are great. Luca had the best time at his sleepover. I received photos and updates throughout the day. There was lots of play and he had a wonderful stay. He can’t wait to go back xxx

Mica and Charlie were absolute stars from the very beginning, they sent over a form to get to know Bonnie before accepting the booking and provided a checklist to make sure she had everything she needed to make herself comfortable during her stay! Bonnie felt right at home and at ease almost immediately :) I was sent lots of pictures and updates without even asking which as a dog mum is a dream to know your baby is being well looked after. When Bonnie was dropped off she even gave Mica a goodbye kiss so I know she felt like she was part of the family. Absolutely incredible from the both of them and there was nothing else I could have asked for! They thought of everything and were always 2 steps ahead :)

My partner and I were looking to going on holiday, but this would be the first one that we would have since having our puppy. We were so worried (and with so much guilt) about leaving our baby for the first time. However after reading about Mica and Charlie (and not forgetting their baby Mollie!) something really stood out from the rest of the sitters. We made contact and got a lovely response which immediately made us more drawn to them. They was very quick in arranging a meet up in the park with themselves, Mollie, and us with Milo. We enjoyed our walk and this was the perfect time to ask questions about each other and also the dogs. And at the same time, Milo had lots of fun with Mollie too. We also did a house visit for Milo to get familiar with the surroundings, which he instantly made himself at home and enjoyed again playing with Mollie. It was great for us knowing he had access to the garden too, and also a furry friend to play with; Mollie is so sweet, and so well behaved and understanding of other dogs coming and going. Milo became her shadow throughout his stay, and when it came to home time, he actually had that much fun he didn’t want to leave and was very sad after!! Mica and Charlie were incredibly kind too; they did everything and more to make Milo feel at home, and treated him as their own. They provided us with a group chat and gave daily updates and photos with what Milo got up to (even if just sleeping) and said there was no pressure to reply back either. This was an amazing touch, as this helped settle our guilt of leaving him knowing he was so settled. We was also provided with a checklist of things to pack, which for our fest time sending him off was so so helpful! Along with that a form about Milo; from his eating habits, to sleep, to also his loves and also hates. Having these given showed us how much they really care about their job as sitters, but also how much they love the dogs too that come to stay. We really enjoyed the company and care of Mica, Charlie and Mollie, and Milo gave them 100/10 rating!! Would most definitely rebook!

Mica and Charlie took such good care of staffie Mya recently. They were so attentive, and great communication throughout the day! I felt totally at ease with them looking after and would definitely book again! Thank you both!
