My partner and I were looking to going on holiday, but this would be the first one that we would have since having our puppy. We were so worried (and with so much guilt) about leaving our baby for the first time. However after reading about Mica and Charlie (and not forgetting their baby Mollie!) something really stood out from the rest of the sitters. We made contact and got a lovely response which immediately made us more drawn to them. They was very quick in arranging a meet up in the park with themselves, Mollie, and us with Milo. We enjoyed our walk and this was the perfect time to ask questions about each other and also the dogs. And at the same time, Milo had lots of fun with Mollie too. We also did a house visit for Milo to get familiar with the surroundings, which he instantly made himself at home and enjoyed again playing with Mollie. It was great for us knowing he had access to the garden too, and also a furry friend to play with; Mollie is so sweet, and so well behaved and understanding of other dogs coming and going. Milo became her shadow throughout his stay, and when it came to home time, he actually had that much fun he didn’t want to leave and was very sad after!! Mica and Charlie were incredibly kind too; they did everything and more to make Milo feel at home, and treated him as their own. They provided us with a group chat and gave daily updates and photos with what Milo got up to (even if just sleeping) and said there was no pressure to reply back either. This was an amazing touch, as this helped settle our guilt of leaving him knowing he was so settled. We was also provided with a checklist of things to pack, which for our fest time sending him off was so so helpful! Along with that a form about Milo; from his eating habits, to sleep, to also his loves and also hates. Having these given showed us how much they really care about their job as sitters, but also how much they love the dogs too that come to stay. We really enjoyed the company and care of Mica, Charlie and Mollie, and Milo gave them 100/10 rating!! Would most definitely rebook!

Mica and Charlie took such good care of staffie Mya recently. They were so attentive, and great communication throughout the day! I felt totally at ease with them looking after and would definitely book again! Thank you both!

Mica & Charlie are a lovely couple who obviously absolutely adore dogs. Bella is an older dog, a bit stiff with some extra considerations, so we of course had apprehensions about leaving her for a week, but she clearly had an amazing time and was almost indifferent to our return 😂 We were kept up to date every day with pictures and videos, which really put our minds at ease. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Mica and Charlie next time and can highly recommend them to anyone that wants a great holiday and caring environment for their dog.

Pretzel had the most wonderful stay with Mica, Charlie, and Mollie! From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear he was in safe, loving hands. He went on great walks, had a brilliant playmate in Mollie, and came home happy. Mica and Charlie clearly treat their furry guests like family - it really was a home away from home for Pretzel. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommended! 🐾

Mica and Charlie kindly looked after Loki for our wedding. At a stressful time this process was anything but that! We went on walks he had a mini sleepover beforehand and everytime he had a great time! Molly and Loki got on amazing and he settled in right away. We were constantly given updates on where he was and what he was doing. We won’t go anywhere else to have our Loki looked after, we can’t thank them enough 🐾
