Certified animal lover here! 🐾 Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I genuinely enjoy. I currently have two lovable Labrador Retrievers of my own, I’m very comfortable with dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and personalities. Whether your pup is playful and outgoing or prefers a slower pace, I’ll make sure they receive the individualized care and attention they deserve. For boarding, your dog will be welcomed into my home like one of the family. They’ll enjoy a large, fully fenced yard for safe play, daily walks, enrichment toys, and plenty of love and supervision. I follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any special instructions to help them feel comfortable while you’re away. For drop-in visits, I’ll provide dependable care in the comfort of your dog’s own home. Whether it’s potty breaks, meals, fresh water, medications, playtime, a walk, or simply spending quality time with them, I’ll make sure they’re happy, safe, and well cared for until you return. No matter which service you choose, you can expect regular photo updates, open communication, and the peace of mind that your pet is being treated with the same love and care I give my own.

Wow!! Dreamer enjoyed her stay with Mica and her 2 dogs and her cats. She was very spoiled and had tons of fun. Mica sent me multiple pictures every day and kept me informed about dreamer daily. This was my first time using Mica and I highly recommend her. I was looking for someone who worked from home and only watched 1 animal at a time and she fit that profile perfectly. I will definitely use her again!!
Our experience with Micah has been fantastic. We met at her home since it was the first time boarding our dog Rico and her set-up is really great for proper care. She was very loving with Rico and good at communicating with us during the week away, which was very reassuring. We plan to a return visit in the future for sure!

Schedule
I work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., just 15 minutes from home, and come home every day during my one-hour lunch break for potty breaks, playtime, treats, and extra attention. Fridays through Sundays, I’m home and able to spend even more time with my furry guests. I offer boarding for pups in my home as well as drop-in visits for pets in their own homes. Drop-in visits are available weekday evenings from 6:00–10:00 p.m. and throughout the day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I’m also happy to accommodate early morning drop-offs, flexible evening pick-ups, and can provide pet transportation (pick-up and drop-off) when needed to help make your schedule a little easier.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving environment with plenty of space to play, relax, or nap—whatever helps them feel most at home. I have a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor play and potty breaks. My two Labs are friendly, well-socialized, and enjoy having canine visitors, but introductions are always done slowly and thoughtfully. If a dog needs their own space, I can easily separate them while still ensuring they receive plenty of attention and care. I closely follow each pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, medications, potty breaks, crate use, and any special instructions you provide. Pets are welcome on the furniture for snuggles, and I have a crate available if needed. For everyone’s safety, all guest dogs must be comfortable around cats, as my four friendly cats have free roam of the house. To provide each guest with plenty of individual attention, I host no more than two dogs at a time.

A typical day
We love to stay active and make sure every guest has a great time! Dogs who enjoy playing will have plenty of opportunities for fetch and zoomies in our large, fully fenced yard, as well as walks through our quiet neighborhood. Inside, we have lots of stuffed toys, tug toys, lick mats, and puzzle toys to keep both their bodies and minds engaged. Of course, every dog is different. Whether your pup loves nonstop play or prefers a slower pace with plenty of naps and couch snuggles, I’ll tailor their stay to their personality and energy level. My goal is for every guest to head home happy, enriched, and feeling like they were part of the family.
