Availability
I’m a work-from-home professional with a flexible daytime schedule, which allows me to incorporate dog walking and drop-in visits consistently throughout the day. I’m typically available for morning, midday, and early afternoon walks, making me a great fit for weekday routines. Because I work from home, I’m also able to be responsive for last-minute requests when needed. I enjoy building dog walking into my daily routine as a way to stay active, and I prioritize being dependable and on time for every visit.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and trust are my top priorities. Whether I’m in your home or out on a walk, only feeding what is instructed, I follow instructions closely and make sure your pet is secure, comfortable, and well cared for at all times. I’m mindful of surroundings during walks, avoid unsafe situations, and adjust pace and routes based on your dog’s needs, whether that means a structured walk, extra exercise, or a slower pace for senior dogs. I’m also attentive to each dog’s behavior and energy, especially for those who may be more reserved or need a little extra patience. In your home, I’m respectful, clean, and treat your space with care. You can expect clear communication, updates as needed, and someone who takes the responsibility of caring for your pet seriously.

Information Mia T. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about any special needs, medical conditions, triggers, or behaviors so I can provide the best care possible. This includes things like leash reactivity, anxiety around other dogs or people, food sensitivities, escape tendencies, or “sneaky” habits like counter surfing, door darting, or chewing. I’m very comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and even more particular or standoffish personalities—I respect each animal’s energy and boundaries. Clear communication helps me keep your pet safe, happy, and stress-free while in my care.
A typical day
A typical day is tailored to your pet’s energy and personality. For dogs, we’ll start with a walk to get fresh air and burn off energy, followed by playtime or enrichment games to keep them mentally stimulated. I love letting dogs explore safely—sniffing, observing, and engaging with their environment at their pace. For more active pups, we’ll incorporate longer walks or structured play, while senior dogs get gentle movement and lots of comfort and care. Throughout the day, I prioritize routine, hydration, and rest, making sure your pet feels secure, engaged, and loved.

Pet care experience
Happy to service seniors, single moms and those recovering from physical issues at a lower rate, please message me. I’ve been around dogs since I was 14 and have owned multiple dogs at once, including caring for as many as seven at a time along with additional pets. I’m very comfortable managing different personalities, energy levels, and routines in a structured and calm way. From a Yorkie to a Weimaraner, I genuinely enjoy caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I have experience with playful puppies who need structure and engagement, as well as senior dogs who benefit from patience, a slower pace, and extra support. All of my dogs have lived long, full lives, and I’ve been fortunate to care for them through every stage, including their later years. Some required additional care due to limited mobility or vision challenges, and I’m very comfortable adjusting my approach to meet those needs. I’m also at ease with dogs who may be more reserved, cranky, or standoffish. I respect each dog’s energy and personality, and I’m patient in building trust while making sure they feel safe and comfortable. As a work-from-home professional, I have a flexible daytime schedule that allows me to provide reliable, consistent walks and drop-in visits. I follow instructions closely, prioritize safety, and make sure your dog feels cared for and secure while you’re away. You can expect clear communication, dependability, and someone who treats your dog like family.
