Pet care fits easily into my routine since I have a flexible schedule. I currently work part-time at a restaurant, so I have plenty of time during the day and on my days off to care for pets. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or overnight pet sitting, I can plan around my shifts to make sure each pet gets the attention and care they need.

When caring for pets in my home, I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and part of the family. I have a fenced yard where dogs can play, as well as plenty of space inside for them to relax. I also have two senior Pugs, so I understand the needs of older dogs and can accommodate pets who may require extra care, a slower pace, or medication. In a client’s home, I follow their pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to keep them comfortable. Whether it’s feeding, walking, giving medication, or just providing companionship, I make sure each pet gets the attention and care they need.

I’ve been around animals my entire life, from fish and birds to dogs of all breeds. My mum has been a vet for over 25 years, so I’ve grown up learning how to properly care for animals. She’s taught me so much about pet health and behavior, and if anything ever comes up, she’s available to check in. I’ve also fostered dogs and cats that needed temporary homes, making sure they felt safe and loved until they found their forever families. On top of that, I’ve house-sat for several families, looking after their pets while they were away—feeding them, giving medication when needed, taking them on walks, and making sure they got plenty of attention.

Excellent pet sitter! Mia did a magnificent job watching Cody while I was out of town. She even helped me add an extra day to his stay when my flight was delayed at the airport. I highly recommend her services.
Mia always takes great care of our dogs! She sends us pictures of them and we feel super comfortable leaving them in her hands. Mia is super sweet and attentive and always makes the dogs feel welcome and loved. We are so happy to have her take care of them!
Mia did a great job looking after our pups and helped us with a last minute booking. She communicated well, kept us updated and sent us some great pictures. She was very sweet with our little ones which is always a must for us.
