Ever since I was born, I have always had a pet/s in my household, so I am naturally an animal lover! Everywhere I go, I gravitate towards animals and there is something healing and sacred about being able to connect with another species on such a deep level. I'm the biggest sucker for dogs, as I have 3 of my own who I treat like family, giving them the love and respect for their needs. I have experience working in a dog daycare in 2018, and a grooming shop for almost 2 years. I have basic knowledge of body language and give pets respect for needing space until they feel safe. Fortunately, almost every pet I have cared for has befriended me quickly. Rover has been a great way to meet new people, and have fun making money. I own a business as a birth doula and holistic health coach and I am trying to rebuild in Louisiana for the time that I am here, as we are a military household. Rover sitting has allowed me to maintain control of my schedule and give time and attention to my business when needed.

My 3 dogs are my whole world and I make efforts to make them feel seen and heard. I am very particular about how they are cared for by others because our life flows with rhythm and consistency. When it comes to your pets, I will truly honor your requirements for their care. Play-time is fun for not only the pets, but also for me! I have taught my dogs every single trick they know and I would love to teach your dog cool tricks too! Picture time happens quite frequently in my house to go back and look at memories. I will send you some photos of your pet to keep you updated while you're away and treat them like my own, with unconditional love and attention.

Mia was an amazing dog sitter and flexible with our unique needs the day of our wedding. We wanted our pupper to be part of our special day during our wedding ceremony but needed someone that could take her home afterward before the reception. Mia had no problem supporting this, and happily showed up after the ceremony, drove our dog home, walked and played with her, and fed her. Plus, our dog loved her. She was the perfect Rover. Of all the things to stress about on the wedding day, we knew we didn’t have to worry about Mia! Highly recommend!
