Hi there! I have 6+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds and ages, providing walking, feeding, bathing, and more. My home is extremely pet-friendly as I have a 6 year mini doodle (Benzi!) that loves to socialize with other pets (if yours permits). He has a slight favoritism for dogs bigger than him but he welcomes all friends. I've had Benzi since 2020 and trained him myself as we were locked in quarantine together. Make a circle with your arms and say "Circus!" to Benzi, and he'll jump through your hoop hands (it's his party trick). I've cared for my friends and family's dogs (and one cat) as they were on long periods of break or holidays. He is up-to-date on all vaccines including Canine Covid and Canine Influenza.

Mia is a pro rover-er, a natural! She, of course, is naturally good with animals but also is a great photographer! Jaru was like at home during the days staying with Mia.
Mia is super sweet and communicative. We have booked her twice for our dog and we would definitely book with Mia again in the future. She responds quickly to messages and sends daily video/ pics. Thanks Mia for taking care of Akino!

First time booking with Mia and was very happy with how she took care of Zuko during his stay. Mia provided a very clean and inviting home for Zuko during 4th of July. She gave me regular updates and shared pictures and videos during his stay. It was reassuring to have a peace of mind while out of town during the holiday. Her dog Benzi was very friendly and got along with Zuko. I would recommend Mia to others looking for a wonderful pet sitter. I’d definitely rebook with her again!

Mia was great with Appa. We are very happy with the service she provided. She also has a dog in which Appa just loved to play with. It was very sad to take Appa home away from his new friend. Definitely will use Mia's service again. Thank you Mia.

Schedule
I walk Benzi twice a day, in the morning from 8-9:30am to the evening 7pm - 8:30pm. I take him out to pee/poo additional around 2-3:30p. I feed Benzi after each walk. Since I WFH, during my own breaks, Benzi and I play around and I ensure he gets stimulated and tired from play. If he doesn’t want to play and wants to sleep, I respect that. Benzi meets other dogs in the neighborhood and plays with them, as well as greeting neighbors.

I ensure that the home I own is pet-friendly. Everything is non-toxic for animals — plants, cleaners, etc. I do not have a yard or a fence, but I live on the third floor of a gated community that is extremely animal friendly and has other dogs living here.

A typical day
Benzi and I walk twice a day at the very least. I break from my WFH job every 1.5 hours to play with him. We do some tricks for fun. I remind him he's the best. He attends my coffee runs. I like to create puzzles with treats/toys and put them in things for dogs to detangle and figure out (towels, other toys, etc).
