I currently work for myself, part time as a freelance florist. This year I have taken to walking quite often, often taking myself to the Peak District, sometimes on 3 hour hikes! This app seems a great opportunity for me to take along someone’s dog, showing them a lovely day and nice long walk, for an owner who might not be able to provide that right now.

Information Mia G. would like to know about your pet
I currently have no dog myself. We have always had dogs, cocker and springer spaniels. I also lived with a Labrador for one year and we have a large greyhound in the family!
A typical day
We live in the countryside and have lots of fields and back country lanes for long muddy dog walks. I like right down the road from Bickerton Woods and often take myself walking there. i love to take myself on long walks as I have taken up hiking in the last year. We have chickens and ducks and horses on the farm so I’d love to show your doggo all our animals and help him make new farm friends! After a long play outside we can snuggle up on my sofa in the living room and he or she can listen to me as I sing along to a Disney film! What a perfect day

Pet care experience
At 30 years old I’ve had dogs my entire life! I live in Cheshire right now on my family farm in the countryside. We have lots of land and fields and large green gardens for a dog to run around in!! We lost my family dog Lewis last year at the old age of 15, I know what it is to care for an elderly dog. I am working part time in Manchester right now, so I am able to collect your dog from Manchester and bring him back to my lovely countryside farm over night if needed!

I wish we could give Mia so many more stars, 5 doesn’t feel like enough! Sidney stayed with Mia for 5 days and he loved every second. Mia and her family looked after him like he was their own dog and put so much time and attention into giving him lots of lovely experiences - he had a lot of long walks and adventures in lovely places! Mia also showered Sidney with lots of love and affection which he adored. He came back a very happy and tired boy, and we know he can’t wait to stay again. We felt very lucky and grateful that Sidney had such amazing care while we were away, and Mia sent us updates and lots of pictures every day which was amazing! We could see just how much fun he was having! Couldn’t recommend Mia highly enough!!
As my flat mate, Mia takes a proactive and loving role in looking after my 10 year old Labrador, Moose. Due to my long working hours, I am unable to walk Moose during the daytime. However, Mia is dedicated to keeping him exercised, stimulated and happy every day. Mia is without a doubt Moose’s favourite person - she never seems to get tired of playing fetch or providing constant belly rubs. I truly cannot recommend Mia enough as a dog walker. Caring for dogs is evidently a passion of hers and this is deflected in the way she treats every dog she comes across.
Mia is by far the biggest dog lover I know! She has grown up with many dogs throughout her whole life and has also taken care of many of her friends dogs over the years. Mia looks after my whippet Loki all the time and he absolutely adores her. Not only will she lovingly walk and feed him but she also gives him endless attention and playtime. I am pretty sure he loves her more than me now! You wont find a better dog sitter for your fur baby, couldn't recommend her more!
