Booked her for house sitting on a Thursday evening thru Saturday afternoon. I provided detailed instruction which was agreed upon by this sitter, with verbal confirmation at meet and great. The only tasks that were needed was to take care of our dog, set our trash cans out on trash pickup day, and collect our mail. This sitter came over a total of only 4 times over the course of the 3 days we booked for and stayed 10 minutes or less each time, as evidenced by our home security system. Each time, I had to message the sitter and ask why she had not been over to check on our dog and when she planned to go next. This sitter was very unresponsive and I received no photos of my dog while gone and virtually no updates. My dog spent 17 hours alone, from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning because he was not checked on by this sitter as agreed upon, and the whole time we were gone he had less than 20 minutes of outside time per day, barely enough time to go to the bathroom let alone run around and play. In addition, our trash cans were not set out for trash day and our mail was not collected. Our dog was not taken care of which caused us to cancel our plans on the last day of our trip and rush home early.
