Qualifications
Safety, trust & environment
I have tons of experience caring for animals and homes in several different states and countries for around 15 years, and animals typically love me! I care for animals and homes as if they are my own; with love and attention to detail and respect as individuals. I follow the golden rule; to treat others as you wish to be treated. I follow instructions and wishes from clients explicitly, and if there are no instructions given, I provide excellent care based on a myriad of experiences.
Ratings and reviews
Mia did a great job watching my difficult cat with FHS. She requires daily medication, constant attention, and is very prone to aggressive episodes. Mia is genuinely one of the only people that I trust to watch my cat when I am away. She loves my cat as much as I do and makes sure she stays healthy and happy! As a bonus, Mia also brought all of my plants back to life (with permission). She is a cat and plant whisperer!
Mia house- and pet-sat for us for 9 days, taking care of our retriever Bingo, 2 cockatiels and the house itself. He did a wonderful job being the best human he could be for Bingo and the birds, especially during a short illness Bingo experienced. Mia took Bingo to the vet and administered the resulting medication - all in close communication with us, being very careful to keep us informed every step of the way. We found the pets, the house and the plants perfectly cared for. Mia clearly loved caring for our pets; we'd call upon him next time for sure- and we can't recommend him highly enough.
