Hello 😊 I am Mia, I love cats and dogs 🐾 I have lots of experience with animals, I have been pet sitting and dog walking now for a couple years and I am well prepared when it comes to animals of all different sizes. I am cautious and caring when it comes to my pet friends. I also make sure to read instructions well and be aware of your pets needs. I want you to feel as confident as possible when leaving your cat / dog in my hands, feel free to message me with any information, questions, or concerns 🫶🏻💕 I have experience with senior dogs and young dogs as well. I also have experience with kittens and giving oral medication to dogs and cats. I do well with dogs that pull on the leash and have triggers as well. I have also pet sat dogs with special needs.

Downstairs apartment with enclosed balcony I keep the place nice and cool during the summer and warm in the winter. I have a bedroom for the dogs to lay on the bed and watch tv. I also have toys and blankets. I keep everything clean and wash everything after each visit. I also make sure to take them on nice walks and play with them while they are staying with me.

This experience with Mia will prevent me from ever using this service again. First, Mia forgot our meet and greet appointment. I decided to give some grace and not worry about it. The day we left to travel across the country, Mia arrived to watch our two tiny dogs, a Yorkie and Maltipoo. Within hours, Mia was complaining to me that the Yorkie was stressed and had a couple accidents inside. I told her no big deal, we have some paper towels and spray. A few hours later she’s complaining again. The next day around noon I get a call from Rover saying Mia quit. We are halfway across the country with two puppies locked in our house. I contacted Mia. She said she had to go to the hospital, and wouldn’t be watching the dogs. She never mentioned feeling poorly and didn’t even bother to send me a message that she was ill. In a mad scramble, we had our vet come to the house to check on the dogs. She said it looked like no one had been there for a long time. There was poop and pee all over the floor. My guess is Mia showed up for a few hours and left…and it took 24 hours for Rover to notify me. Anyway, maybe Mia really got ill and had to go to the hospital. But it seemed very suspicious. Why wouldn’t she call or text me to let us know she was ill and would have to leave rather than having Rover notify me 24 hours later? Anyway, our vet told us the Yorkie was acting very scared and wouldn’t come out from under the couch. She was dehydrated and was acting as if she had been mistreated. She said she would inspect her at the office. Fortunately she had no injuries but the vet gave her some anxiety meds and water. In short, we spent an entire day of vacation trying to scramble for emergency care and ended up spending a ton more money. Absolute worst experience. Do not trust this person.
Mia is a fantastic pet sitter- very responsible and great at keeping in touch while we were away. Our cat loved her! Would definitely recommend her to look after your pets.

Schedule
I am currently home full time and can attend to your pets needs at any time of the day. I like to take them on walks in the complex and to the park frequently.
