Hi, My name is Mia. I have about ten years of experience working with animals from animal shelters to vet clinics. I have experience fostering over fifty pets, including bottle babies and pets with special needs. I currently work as a legal assistant. M-F 10:00-5:00. PLEASE ENSURE YOU BOOK WITH ENOUGH TIME FOR A MEET & GREET TO BE SCHEDULED PRIOR TO MY FIRST VISIT. This is for my safety and the safety of your pets. I am always open to negotiation, but please keep in mind this helps pay my bills. I do have my own dog, but if your dog needs to stay overnight in my home, they will be kept separate. I am very responsible and would love to meet you and your fur babies. If you have any questions, please ask me :) Can’t wait to meet you.

Wholeheartedly recommend Mia to take care of your pets!! She is responsive and professional, I was able to do a meet-and-greet very soon after I inquired. First time using Rover so I didn’t know what to expect. Mia is kind and friendly, my dogs didn’t even bark when they met her (they knew she was a dog person 😌). Grateful for her communication each time I book her. I know my dogs are in good hands when she checks in on them 💕
Mia is super personable, punctual and extremely responsive. I was a bit hesitant in my first time around using Rover and I am so grateful that I came across her profile. I booked Mia for check-ins, and she treated my dogs like her own. My dogs typically aren’t too friendly at first with people, warmed up to her so quick - they knew she was an animal person! So grateful for Mia’s professionalism and kindness. Will book again.
Very sweet and thoughtful sitter. Felt very comfortable leaving my two dogs in her care while being away. Very punctual and communicative as well, I would definitely book with her in the future. ❤️

Schedule
I work 10-5, but I work from home. Visits before and after are easy when in Elgin or nearby. If I pet sit at home, I will keep separate from my pet.

This depends on the pets involved and what is allowed by the owners. I have done fetch, walks, or just cuddles. Whatever is needed for them.

- I do not have any breed restrictions. I love them all. :) I would like to know if your pet is dog friendly or dog aggressive. Either way, your pet will always remain on a leash. I also would like to know if your pet has any medical conditions so I can work around it.
