I’ve cared for dogs and cats for over 8 years, and I truly love what I do. I have experience with all ages including puppies, seniors, and pets with medical needs. I’m comfortable with oral and injectable medications, special diets, and individualized routines. I’ve worked with many families in Austin and can provide additional references upon request. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, happy, and loved while keeping your home and routine exactly how you like it. I also work remote!

Mia was very easy to communicate with and took good care of our pup. We could tell he was a happy boy staying with her!

Mia was amazing with my two boys! She was attentive and made sure I was reassured they were happy and heathy while I was away. One of my cats had a prior issue with a urine blockage and Mia went so far as to provide me with updates about how often he was using his litter box, etc. The level of care made me feel comfortable and at ease leaving them, which is always difficult, but thanks to Mia I was able to relax and enjoy time away with family.

Schedule
I currently have very open availability and can be flexible around your schedule! Weekends are especially open, so I can give your pet lots of attention, playtime, and company.

There are several parks around me, and I am flexible on how many visits are needed and I will follow restrictions, or medicines for pets. I have many recommendations from past families that I can use as a referral if needed to contact let me know.
Pets
A typical day
A typical day includes multiple walks, playtime, enrichment, and lots of affection. Depending on your pet’s energy level, we might go on longer walks at Mueller Lake Park, the Greenbelt, or Zilker. For high-energy pets, I’m happy to run with them or do activities that burn energy. For calmer pets, I focus on comfort, routine, and quality cuddle time. I always follow your instructions closely, mealtimes, potty breaks, training cues, treats, and any restrictions.
