I have over four years of professional pet care experience and am passionate about providing safe, reliable, and loving care for animals of all kinds. Prior to this, I worked in a veterinary setting, where I gained valuable hands-on experience caring for pets and supporting their health and wellbeing. I hold certifications in Pet First Aid and have additional training in pet care, pet training, and dog grooming. My background allows me to confidently care for pets with a wide range of needs and personalities. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. I currently have three dogs and a rabbit, giving me plenty of personal experience with day-to-day animal care. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with many regular clients who trust me to care for their pets as if they were my own. I love meeting new pets and their owners and look forward to providing attentive, professional care for even more furry friends through Rover. This keeps the emphasis on your experience, qualifications, and client relationships, rather than on running your own pet-sitting business, which may fit Rover’s preferences better.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and wellbeing are always my top priorities. With previous experience working in veterinary care and certification in Pet First Aid, I am trained to recognise signs of illness, injury, stress, or discomfort and respond appropriately. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions regarding feeding, medication, exercise, and routines. Dogs are always walked on secure leads unless owners have specifically approved otherwise in a safe, enclosed area. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, behaviour, and any special requirements before providing care. I maintain a clean, secure environment, regularly check gates, doors, and equipment, and ensure pets are supervised appropriately. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are safe, happy, and well cared for.

Mia was wonderful. Stitch had a lovely time and as Mia went to leave he followed her. Stitch is never wrong. Highly recommend, from the meet and greet to leaving Stitch with her.
Excellent all round! Mia really went above and beyond in every area. We have a lot of animals and Mia wasn’t put off by anything. We were over the moon with how the house was left once we returned in the early hours and how the animals were looked after. She communicated well during the whole week. My dog absolutely adores Mia. If we simply mention her name, he instantly turns his head, gets excited, and runs straight to the door hoping she’s arrived! It’s such a comfort knowing he’s so happy to see her. Mia is reliable, caring, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She always keeps us updated with photos and messages, which gives us complete peace of mind when we’re apart from our dog. It’s obvious she treats every pet as if they were her own, and the bond she has built with ours is truly special. Some people just have that special energy where all pets love them, and Mia really does carry that energy! I couldn’t recommend Mia’s Paw Patrol highly enough. Schedule
My schedule is flexible, and I plan my day around the pets in my care. I have regular dog walks throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent exercise, enrichment, and companionship for the dogs I look after. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening visits, as well as overnight stays when arranged in advance. I always follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and settled. Pets receive plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, feeding, and regular toilet breaks throughout the day. I also provide updates, photos, and messages so owners can have peace of mind while they’re away.
