About Metz If your dog could pick their own sitter, they’d pick me. I’m energetic, patient, and comfortable with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Growing up, my family always had dogs (ranging from poodles to pit bulls) so I learned early on how to read them, respect them, and speak their language. I have a soft spot for the big ones: Pit Bulls, Huskies, and German Shepherds have my whole heart.

Metztli did a great job with Tanner. Gave me daily updates and pictures. My dog came home happy and tired from exercise which is exactly what I wanted.
Metzli was awesome with my two 70lb. Rottie mixes. Sometimes they can be a handful, but she didn't seem bothered by them at all, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my 2 week vacation. She sent pictures and updates as requested and most importantly, she was incredibly flexible and understanding when our plane was delayed and we had to make other arrangements for picking them up. Neither dog seemed too excited to see us, so I know that means they enjoyed their stay. I will definitely use Metzli again.

I work from home, which means your dog gets consistent company and attention throughout the entire day. I’m already in the habit of taking walks during lunch and after dinner, so your pup slots right into a structured routine that keeps them active, stimulated, and never bored.

I’ve sat for velcro dogs who become your shadow the moment you walk in, gentle giants who just want a cozy nap, and everything in between. Whether your pup is outgoing and playful or a little shy with new people, I give them the time and space they need to feel comfortable and safe.
A typical day
Walking, playtime, cuddles, and attentive care tailored to your dog’s personality. I’m flexible with time as I work from home and will spend as much of it as your dog needs, whether that means three walks and a play session or quiet company while they snooze in their crate.
