Pet care experience
Hello everybody! I have spent many hours volunteering at dog shelters, both in and out the country. I even ended up bringing a dog home from Guatemala! I have so much love and passion in caring for animals and hope to create a petsitting presence in Ojai. Before moving here, I did a lot of house sitting and dog walking for my neighborhood around the Bend area. Since moving I have lost those connections, but am excited to build a new community here. I am very flexible with time, and have spent endless hours in the past caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I look forward to meeting new people and caring for your sweet pets.

We enjoyed meeting Mesa and so did our cats! Mesa gave regular updates, with pictures and video, and was responsive in all of our text conversations. We felt comfortable with her calm and relaxed presence around our boys, and appreciated her conscientiousness while staying at our house. We'll definitely book Mesa again!
I have had Mesa watch my cat, Raspberry, several times and I always ask her first. Raspberry is pretty shy but something about Mesa's clam energy helped Raspberry warm up to her very quickly. She always follows my instructions to the T and is always on time. Would recommend to anyone!
Mesa is the best! I've known her for years and she always takes the best care of my dog Cypress. Mesa is very attentive and caring, and I can always relax knowing my dog is in the best hands possible.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs mentally and physically. I will bring them on walks or to the park to play fetch; staying attentive to their behavior and what lights them up. My favorite park to walk at is Shevlin, though walks around the neighborhood are wonderful as well.
