Mesa can care for
Availability
I am available more often than not and am committed to making pet care a priority. I am attending San Diego State University, but with my current light class schedule, I have the ability to make the needs of the pets I’m caring for my top priority. Whether that means early morning walks, midday check-ins, or overnight stays, I’m able to give each pet the time and attention they deserve.

Safety, trust & environment
I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, get plenty of playtime and attention, and go on walks or get bathroom breaks as needed. I also keep the home tidy, respect your space, and always communicate with updates and photos so you know your pet is in good hands.

A typical day
Making sure your dog is mentally and physically stimulated is a priority! A typical day would look something like this; making sure your dog has eaten and drank water properly, lots of love and pets, taking them on a walk suited for their energy level, playing with toys as often as they like, and relaxing together at the end of the day!

Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs my whole life and currently have two! I have been relied on by friends and family as a petsitter for about four years. I am comfortable and have experience with dogs of all sizes, ages, and needs; one of my dogs is a 110 pound Bernese, and I have petsit multiple times for a senior diabetic dog who required insulin shots. Whether it’s playtime, feeding, or just keeping your pet company, I treat every animal like they’re part of the family.

Reviews

Mesa is fantastic! This is our 2nd time having Mesa dog/house sit for us. She spent a week looking after our 2 large 6-year old lab/shepherd pups. One of our boys has special needs due to a partial acl tear. Mesa handled all their needs with perfection. She communicated with us daily and left the house spotless. We'll definitely look to Mesa for future needs.

Mesa did a fantastic job of loving on our 2 large pups (6 year old lab shepherd brothers) and home. She kept us updated with pictures and was super prompt with communication. We returned from our 4 day trip to happy and healthy dogs and a spotless home. Thank you, Mesa!

Mesa took our dogs on plenty of long walks and send so many pictures. I highly recommend her!

Mesa showed love to my pets like they were her own! I received lots of photos, videos, updates. She studied the cat roster and knew which name to call them. Very trustworthy and hardworking, I would definitely hire her for future petsitting needs!
