Mersi was tremendous support for our new puppy Perry.
Mersi was wonderful! Very prompt and clear in her communications, punctual, and honestly gave Jack such a marvellous day that he and I were both delighted. This was the first time I have used Rover (or any other online dog sitting service) and we really struck lucky. Mersi also sent some really excellent photographs that showed me what a brilliant time Jack was having, both in Mersi's home and out and about in a field full of daisies. They clearly bonded immediately. I can wholeheartedly recommend Mersana and will definitely be booking her gain.

Mersy is an absolute wonderful sitter! As someone with an anxious dog I am always a bit worried, but Mersy could not have done a better job at taking the best care of Roo! You can tell she has a real love for dogs and understands their needs! I am so grateful she was able to accommodate my last minute booking and would not hesitate to rebook. Roo came back happy, healthy, and with an adorable new trim 😊

Most dog sitters do it just for the money, not Mercy. She genuinely loves looking after and spending time with dogs and will make your dog feel at home. Mercy is absolutely fantastic with Jedi. She goes above and beyond by giving him extra additional time during walks, plays with him and cleans his paws at the end of each walk! Jedi adores her and she truly loves him and cares for him as if he’s her own. Jedi’s happiness and safety is her priority and it shows. She is reliable, flexible if needed, trustworthy and perfect communication. Sends lots of video and photo updates. Jedi comes home happy after each walk tail wagging tongue out and then falls asleep as he has had so much fun! We won’t be looking elsewhere we are so pleased we found Mercy such a wonderful dog sitter and true dog lover - thank you!

Schedule
My weekly schedule is flexible, and I am available on weekdays for doggy day care. I typically provide care between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM, and I adjust my routine to ensure each dog receives proper attention, exercise, and rest throughout the day. I am able to adapt walk and care times based on each dog’s individual needs and comfort.

I provide a safe, calm, and pet-friendly home environment where dogs are always supervised. I ensure that each dog is comfortable, secure, and well cared for throughout their stay. I follow each pet’s routine and any specific instructions provided by the owner, including feeding, medication, and behavioral preferences. I treat all dogs with kindness and respect. For outdoor time, I ensure that dogs are always on a secure lead and taken to safe, quiet areas. Fresh water is always available, and I maintain a clean and hygienic environment at all times.
A typical day
I spend quality time with each pet through supervised playtime, short walks, rest periods, and gentle interaction. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day. I follow a balanced routine that includes exercise, mental stimulation, and downtime based on each dog’s energy level and personality. I also provide regular toilet breaks and ensure fresh water is always available. Before and during the stay, I take time to understand each pet’s individual needs and preferences to provide the best possible care.
