I graduated from App State in 2024 and just graduated from Duke in December 2025. I have passed my NCLEX and am a registered nurse but don’t start my job until the fall. I am available most days during the week unless something comes up. Looking for jobs where I can come hangout at your house and keep your pet company during the day, going for walks, playing with them, or staying the night if it’s not too far! I usually have plans on the weekends but if you let me know in advance then I will check my schedule and let you know! I am flexible :)

We can go on walks, play with toys or fetch, or just hangout. Honestly whatever they like to do and is part of their normal schedule is good for me

Pet care experience
I grew up in a house full of dogs. I just recently moved to the area for my new job but at home I have 3 medium sized dogs. My dogs are 16, 15, and 14 but we have had them all since they were puppies. I love and miss them and am looking for a fun side job to get my animal fix in since I don’t live with mine anymore. I also had two years of college where one of my roommates had a cat and another year I lived with a dog. We all helped out with taking care of them and they are in the pictures. (if we do venmo or cash instead of paying through rover then I may be inclined to accept a lesser payment! rover has so many fees so I end up not getting as much as it says on here)

Merryn was great with my dog! She sent me updates during their walk, and my dog loved her!
Merryn is a family friend of ours so we already trusted her but even more so after she spent the weekend with our dog! We had to go out of town last minute and she stepped up and exceeded our expectations. Our doodle has a very strict schedule as I am retired and have all day to do things with him. I set out a detailed list and she followed it to the t and then some. She answered my texts quickly and would send pictures of Murphy when they would go on walks. She also spent the night at our house over the weekend and left the place cleaner than it was when we left. She is a sweet girl and I felt comfortable and content leaving Murphy and my house in her hands for the weekend! Would highly recommend :)
Merryn has watched my dogs for years. She is very attentive to my dogs and just loves being around them. I would highly recommend her!
Merryn is kind, conscientious, and very animal-friendly. She has done a great job giving care and time for our rabbit and dogs. She is always on-time, spends quality time with your animals, and we trust her to get our mail and packages as well. Simply put, Merryn delivers every time. Highly recommend and have used her caregiver services for several years.
