Fun loving family ready to petsit
I started dog walking and pet sitting when I was a kid. I went door to door asking neighbors if I could watch their pets since my parents didn’t want pets at their home. Now my kids and I love to pet sit together & we are ready to care for some more fluff balls out there! Between me leaving for work and my mom and kids getting home your pet would be alone for at max 4 hours, 4 days a week. We will take your pet with us to games, parks and walks! For the times we’re not able to bring them along I am happy to leave your trained pet to roam freely about the home or kenneled if they’re not quite potty trained. We have a decent backyard and a house ready for your pet to explore in while you’re away. Lots of adventuring outside the home and in the home. I personally know two cuddly kiddos who are looking forward to meeting and loving on more animals!

This is our third time having Rita and her kids care for our dog Betty, and we couldn’t be happier! Betty absolutely adores them — she runs straight to their front door the moment we arrive, tail wagging like crazy. It’s so comforting knowing she’s well cared for, loved, and treated like part of their family. Rita keeps everything organized, communicates clearly, and makes sure Betty gets plenty of playtime and affection. You can tell she and her kids genuinely enjoy having pets around. We trust them completely and feel lucky to have found such a wonderful family to look after Betty. Truly the best in the area — highly recommend!

Before boarding threw rover we had used a large company. When we picked up our 2 dogs they always looked so scared, sad, and covered in pea. We decided to try other modes of boarding and so far have had nothing but good experiences. Merita was affordability prices and I really appreciate her flexibility with pick up and drop off times. My 2 dogs loved playing with her kids and I could tell when I picked them up that they had been given lots of love and attention. I will definitely keep her as a resource for future boarding needs.

Excellent and amazing!! They treated our Betty like she was their own dog. She went on hikes, to the park, lounged and watched movies. She was living her best life! We will use Merita again and again! Thank you so much for everything!! Don't hesitate booking with Merita, she is just the best!

Schedule
Besides a four hour window of time that I am at work and my kids are at school we will spend 99% of the time outside of that with your pet! If we are ever gone to run an errand that they cannot attend, we will never be gone more than a couple hours.

A typical day
We are happy to accept furbabies of all personalities. My kiddos are full of energy so we’re use to a high energy environment. We also love pets that are calm and more relaxed. Your furbabies can expect walks, fetching, tug of war, massages, cuddles, and more!
