I’ve known Merit for the past six years, since our first semester of undergraduate school, and she has always been warm, thoughtful, and incredibly caring. Early on, she introduced me to her cats - Kit, Kat, and Mingo - and over the years I’ve seen how much time, patience, and love she puts into caring for them. She’s attentive to their needs, routines, and well-being, and treats them like family. Even after I moved out of state, the way Merit cared for her cats left a lasting impression on me and inspired me to adopt two cats of my own, Milo and Toby. Merit is responsible, gentle, and genuinely loves animals, and any pet would be lucky to be in her care.

Merit is amazing with animals. She is going to school to be vet technician showing just how much she loves animals. She has taken care of my cat flamingo multiple times and she basically grew up with 4-7 dogs as at a time. I really can't say enough to show how good she is with animals.
