I’m very disappointed by the experience. The care it self was very well, I left in peace of mind. But I’ve asked before to updated the book and slide it from half a day. drop them back a night before, get them back the morning instead of night. Mereve updated the booking herself, when I came back, she asked me for more money. I didn’t really mind because I was happy with the care, I asked if she wanted to go get some cash or a bank transfer. She sent me a rib, I added it to my bank (24h processing), she then proceeded to insult me saying that I was a thief, harass me with agressive messages. At this point I stopped any negotiation , send the report and conversations to rover, and blocked her everywhere. She’s lovely with the dogs, but she’s quite unstable. The overall experience didn’t end up good, and that was very unecessary.

Merete took care of my dog for a week, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. She was very kind, attentive, and clearly loves animals, which made me feel completely at ease. I also really appreciated receiving pictures every day—it was reassuring and lovely to see how my dog was doing. My dog especially enjoyed spending time in her small garden—it was such a nice bonus and perfect for getting some fresh air and playtime. It’s clear my dog felt comfortable and happy there. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable sitter!
