I grew up in a house with three cats and three dogs, so caring for pets has truly been second nature to me. I got my very first pet when i was 3 years old and proudly helped care for her from the start, learning early on how to be gentle, patient and attentive. Sharing pet duties with my siblings taught me how to juggle different personalities, routines, energy levels - whether that means long walks, playtime, quiet snuggles, or giving shy pets their space. I’m comfortable with both cats and dogs of all temperaments and genuinely love getting to know what makes each pet feel safe and happy. Your pets will be cared for like family, with plenty of love, attention, walks and tail wags along the way!

Meredith was fantastic! She accommodated us with only a days notice so that we could enjoy our anniversary dinner while traveling and have our pup cared for in the comfort of AC! She was kind, frequently communicated, was punctual, and even shared photos and updates with us to help us feel at ease about leaving our little guy. Would definitely trust Meredith with our dog in the future, should we find ourselves back in Jackson and in need of a sitter!

Schedule
I currently work full time from 10am to 6pm, Tuesday through Saturday. I’m available for walking services before or after work, and boarding services any day of the week.

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my top priorities. I live in a quiet apartment and don’t currently have any pets of my own, so your pet will receive plenty of love and attention in a low-stress environment. My apartment community features a large grassy courtyard that’s perfect for safe outdoor play, potty breaks, and stretching little legs. I also have easy access to the nearby pathway system, making it ideal for longer walks and daily exercise. I’m attentive to routines, leash safety and individual comfort levels, and I always follow any instructions you provide to help your pet feel secure and at home. Whether your pet loves playtime, peaceful naps, or long walks, I aim to create a safe, consistent environment where they feel cared for and loved while you’re away.
A typical day
I’m all about making sure dogs have fun and stay active! We’ll spend time playing fetch in my apartment’s courtyard, and I’m lucky to have a great walking path nearby that leads to a park—perfect for walks, sniffing adventures, and getting those steps in.
