Having two dogs of my own, I take dog sitting very seriously. I grew up with two maltese puppies—Atticus and Einstein — who I took care of (and spoiled) for ten years while living at my parents’. I have also been a pet sitter for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes for over a decade, but I have been a pet sitter through Rover since 2018. I prioritize being reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home for drop-in visits. I’m excited to care for your pets, and maybe, with your permission of course, they’ll make it to my dog instagram! I took a break from Rover last year because I started a full time job. However, my hours are flexible and I’m ready to surround myself with dogs and cats again!

Any time I go out of town I have Meredith watch my 90LB Akita mix and my tabby cat. They love her and can't wait to see her. She walks Posideon (Akita) and let's him play in the yard until he tires. She comes back and forth several times a day and spends a significant time with each. Great asset for the dog owner on the go.
The minute Meredith walked in to my house she gravitated towards my dogs. They warmed up to her immediately and they were instant friends. I have some specific instructions when it comes to my pets and Meredith nailed every one of them. Not only did she take great care of my animals (2 dogs + 1 cat), she was careful to pay attention to our house needs as well....alarm system, lights on at night, etc. She reported in each day on how the animals were doing and let us know her comings and goings. We would use her for quick weekends or long trips. Such a gift to be at peace when we are away!
Meredith is the perfect pet sitter! She is amazing with all animals, but is particularly enamored with dogs. She showers every dog she meets with love and affection (even if it’s just a dog passing her on the street). Meredith is responsible and caring, and I would trust her with any of my pets! She always treated my dog as if it were a part of her family, and will do the same for yours. She will go above and beyond to make sure your dog feels loved and comfortable while you are away.

Schedule
For Tuesdays through Saturdays, I can make morning visits between 6-8:30am and 5p-8p. I could also do a 12pm visit those day. For Sunday and Monday, I can make any time work!
