Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for pets comes very naturally to me. I grew up in a home with multiple dogs — many of them rescues and foster dogs — so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I also helped raise and train puppies, giving me experience with younger dogs and basic training reinforcement. I’ve also helped care for senior dogs, including my own dog who lived to 17, so I understand the extra patience, attentiveness, and gentle care older pets may need. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve house sat and pet sat for families and friends for years, caring for both dogs and cats. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, or simply keeping pets company while their owners are away, I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I treat every animal like they’re my own.

Meredith is amazing! She took such great care of my pup and kept me updated with pictures throughout the stay. Meradith has been an absolute blessing for both me and my dog, Rudy. Every time I go out of town, I know he’s in the best hands. She consistently goes above and beyond—not just caring for him, but truly treating him like her own. One of the things I appreciate most is how communicative she is. She always keeps me updated with messages and check-ins, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. Rudy requires medication, and Meradith administers it perfectly—on time and exactly as instructed. That was something I used to worry about with other sitters, but never with her. What really sets her apart is the level of trust and comfort she brings. She’s the only person I’ve ever felt completely at ease having stay in my home for nearly a week at a time. Knowing Rudy is safe, loved, and well cared for allows me to truly relax when I’m away. I can’t recommend Meredith enough—she’s reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely exceptional at what she does.

Schedule
I’m a recent college graduate and have a very flexible schedule this summer, so I’m available for pet sitting, drop-in visits, walks, and overnight care throughout the week. I currently work at a Pilates studio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, but outside of those hours I’m available and able to give pets plenty of attention, care, and companionship.

I always try to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routines and giving them lots of attention, patience, and care. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get plenty of exercise and playtime, and feel safe while their owners are away. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual personality and needs, whether that means high energy walks, extra cuddles, or a calmer environment for senior pets. I also make sure homes are kept clean, secure, and respected at all times. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel completely comfortable and confident while in my care.
