Hello, I'm Meredith. I've been taking care of all different animals since I was little. These include dogs, cats, frogs, toads, newts/salamanders, lizards, turtles, tortoises, snakes, fish, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, parrots, small birds, ducks, chickens, horses, and cattle. These are animals of all different ages and health conditions. Some are my own, but I have looked after friend's, family's and neighbour's as well. We currently have 3 cats and 2 small dogs along with a few different types of tree frogs, fish and lizards. I'm experienced in administering medicine (orally/subcutaneously), bathing, grooming, First Aid, walking, swimming, feeding, and beginner training. I'm open to taking any pet client big or small, furry or scaly, confident or shy.

Meredith is great with our dog Bruno, which says a lot as he's picky about who he likes . 100% reccomend her!
Meredith has done a great job walking our large dog Tucker! She is always on time, provides updates and pictures, and most importantly Tucker loves her and the walks!
Meredith went above and beyond for my fur babies and I’m so appreciative of providing that care when I couldn’t. My flight back home was cancelled twice and she was gracious enough to support us and make sure our dogs were well cared for. I am eternally grateful and will for sure book her services whenever possible.
Meredith is amazing with our border collie/aussie. He's a handful and enjoys his 1 hour walks around the neighborhood!
Meredith was a great help with drop in visits to feed our cat! She gave him lots of pets and sent us pictures to keep us updated! She responds quickly and communication was great!

Schedule
I work from home with flexible hours and can be available on short notice. I have plenty of time to spend caring for your pet(s). I’m available to stay at your home with your pet(s), walk your pet(s), check in on your pet(s), and host your pet(s) if they are compatible with my own pets in our home. Please contact me for multi-pet pricing.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced in backyard that has many squirrels and chipmunks as well as shady spots to rest from the sun. I also like going for walks and going to other fun, outdoor locations. While indoors, my pets enjoy lounging around the house and looking out the windows. There are plenty of beds and toys around the house along with a variety of treats too.

A typical day
We are lucky to live in a neighbourhood that has many nice outdoor places to visit very close by. There is a large park with grassy areas as well as a wooded park with many trees and hills. A little longer of a walk takes you to the calm wetland areas around a river. A simple walk around the neighbourhood is enjoyable as the streets are not too busy. I like to let dogs sniff around and explore in a safe manner along with lots of toilet breaks while out for a walk or hiking, so they can get the full experience!
