Mercedes was so amazing with our Bumper! This was the first time we booked with her for boarding. We were very nervous looking for a trusting and reliable person for our incontinent baby. He comes with special care and Mercedes exceeded our expectations! Once we performed and explained how to manually express him, she got it down quick! He also has his wheelies to run around and he had such a blast with her fur babies! She was also very responsive and made us feel at ease while I was out of town for the week. Bumper got along well with her entire family and fur babies. Knowing that he was happy and well taken care of made my trip so much better, we will definitely be booking again in the future! We are so lucky to have found her. If you are looking to board your fur baby, you will not be disappointed with Mercedes! She will go above and beyond!

I can't even begin to express how both me and my babes appreciate all the help, care, time, and love Mercedes invested into my dog visits while I was away. She went above and beyond to give me piece of mind, and it's totally proven by the smiles my babies had on their faces each time she came and left. She is truly a pup whisperer, and a asset to rebook with. She is timely, communicative, clean, and followed all of my babies routines even for just drop ins. My babies patio area was cleaned daily with passion and care and she even took the time to take some extra cute pics for when I got a dose of separation anxiety. I will recommend her to everyone who is in need of doggie care. She is absolutely fantastic. You will not regret hiring her as your er sitter.

Mercedes is such a wonderful person, and an exceptional caretaker for pets! She really made the stay for my kittens and adult cat amazing. It was a true blessing to have found such a perfect animal-lover to watch them for me on such short notice. I would recommended you want Mercedes as a pet boarder to anyone! I will definitely use her sevices again!!!

Mercedes and her family were great! We have a puppy and a five year old dog and we were a bit worried about how they would handle being away from home, but Mercedes assured us they would be in good care. We were able to fully enjoy my sisters wedding and did not worry at all about our pups. She was a fantastic find on Rover and we will definitely using her in the future! Thank you so much Mercedes!
