I am an animal care professional passionate about all types of animals. I am adaptable and patient with geriatric, young and/or responsive animals. I can follow directions including, but not limited to, medications, supplements and routines. I have cared for a large variety of animals while maintaining communication with the owners. I am a clean non smoker who commits to the highest level of care for every creature big and small!

Mercedes did an amazing job with our 2 medium sized dogs and cat. I felt very comfortable leaving them with her after our meet and greet. She kept us well informed with pictures and adorable videos. Love that she showed us where she took them on walks. Even our shy rescue dog warmed up quickly to Mercedes! We will definitely use her again!
Mercedes completely won over my two cats (and me as well). I was gone for 2 weeks and I could tell from the photos she sent that the boys were enjoying their new caregiver. I will definitely be using her again.
Mercedes is a phenomenal pet sitter. I went out of town for a week and not only did she take care of my cats, but she also took care of my frogs and chameleon too! She is very detail oriented, communicative, and caring. I would definitely book with her again. Thank you Mercedes!
Mercedes has blessed our family many times with her care! We have short weekends gone and have traveled over seas for a month at a time and our many pets were so well cared for and loved I never had to worry one time! She treats them as her own and all our pets enjoy her fun play time and gentle cuddles. They all are so comfortable with her and are always excited to see her! I know my pets (who are our kids) receive the best possible care with her experience and genuine love for animals. We are so grateful to have her!
