Caring, patient, dog lover!!
I had two family dogs growing up for 12 years that we’re calm and easy to take care of, then I got my own dog who was the exact opposite. He had extreme behavioural issues, anxiety, epilepsy, and aggression. Taking care of him really taught me patience, added responsibilities, understanding and a different kind of love and appreciation as a caregiver. I’ve also fostered dogs which has given me experience with different breeds and needs. I now share custody of a 4 year old border collie/golden retriever mix who LOVES other dogs and people. We worked with multiple trainers with him and learned a series of obedience training, off-leash training, and much more knowledge regarding dogs. I work from home and make my own schedule, so I’m available to take care of, play with, and pay attention to your pup always! We have a half fenced yard and a huge park near us to take the pup out easily! We also have a 2.5 storey house with a basement for lots of room to play and wander.

Mercedes is a beautiful soul and the most patient and caring dog mom I’ve ever known. Her pup was her family; she consistently went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, loved, and cared for. I would recommend her time and time and time again.
Mercedes has watched my dog multiple times and my dog is absolutely OBSESSED with her! She is the most loving and responsible caregiver I’ve ever met and I never have to worry about a thing when my sweet boy is with her! I would highly recommend her!
Mercedes has watched over my puppy many times, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for him. She is extremely reliable, trustworthy and loving. Your dog will be in great hands!

I have a backyard and a front yard for easy bathroom breaks. There’s also a huge park beside my house to run and play at, plus a bunch of trails to go for long walks!

A typical day
I love going for walks, there’s a trail by my house. Play fetch at the park or with toys inside. I love providing mental and physical stimulation!
