I’ve been caring for pets through Rover since 2015, and I genuinely love what I do. From energetic puppies to mellow seniors, shy rescues to multi-pet households, I’ve had the privilege of bonding with pets of all kinds. I take time to learn each animal’s unique personality and comfort needs, whether that means long walks, quiet companionship, a little extra patience, or anything in between. I’m confident with medication administration and always attentive to your pet’s pace and preferences. My goal is simple: to keep your pets happy and relaxed. They’re family.

When I care for pets, I do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, secure, and at ease in their own home. I like to know your expectations and experience, from feeding routines and medications to favorite toys and quirks, because I know the little details make a big difference. I respect your home, your pet’s space, and their unique personality. Whether it’s a quick visit, a long walk, or a stay, I show up with patience, consistency, and care.

Mercedes is the BEST!
Mercedes went above and beyond while housesitting for our 3-year-old husky Juno. She provided us with daily detailed updates on how Juno was doing, along with some of the cutest photos of her I’ve ever seen. Juno is an anxious dog who takes time to warm up to new people, but she was immediately comfortable with Mercedes. You could also tell from the photos that she was happy, relaxed and having a lot of fun. Mercedes left our home spotless and her frequent communication allowed us to fully enjoy our vacation. We would hire her again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to other pet parents.
