I believe it is important to create a trusting and interactive bond with my client’s pet in order for them to have the best experience! However, I am also able to put my foot down when needed. I am willing to accommodate strict instructions such as medication, grooming, furniture limits, schedules, commands, etc., and household care if needed. The thing I appreciate most is clear instructions to ensure your pet’s safety. That being said, for my own pets’ safety, I will not accept pet sitting in my own home.

Please let me know of any schedules, commands, restrictions, medications, etc. to know beforehand! Also, please inform me of any sensitive spots on your animal that could trigger a reaction if touched. I have given oral medications before, and am willing to give any type of medication if your pet is cooperative with others!
A typical day
I enjoy spending pet’s energy on playing with toys, playing fetch, and walking. I am used to running long distance, so if your dog needs to expel some extra energy, I will absolutely run or jog with them! Even with cats, I will play with your pet all day until they are ready to snooze! My dog is currently a senior and our family has had 3 kittens, so I also know how to work with fragile animals and cater to their needs.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of my friend’s and family’s dogs for many years now, and I am looking forward to helping other owners! I have grown up with my current senior dog and have had two cats, including my current one. I have also volunteered at the Humane Society numerous times to walk dogs and play/socialize with the cats. When pet sitting, I make sure to consistently check in with the owner and take care of any accommodations needed. I could play with pets all day, and am willing to take your dog on a run or jog with a leash! I have also had experience with giving liquid medication to dogs and following strict schedules. I will treat your pet like my own!
