Our experience was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, communication was quick, friendly, and professional, which gave us great peace of mind. Throughout the stay, we received updates and adorable photos everyday, and it was clear that our pet was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring Rover sitter. If I could give 0 stars I would. I left my 5.6lb mini pin there and reached out to let her know that this would be his first stay without me. I reached out to her and she pushed back on me saying she does not allow video (real time). She sent photos of him and him popping everyday, which now, people are saying is falsify sent to show him in good condition. When I got him back, he was a very different dog. He was scared, had severe diarrhea, and three of his paws were infected with pus. I had to take him to emergency where the doctor informed me that if he was not brought in, in 12 hours it would have been very bad situation for him. He is different and not in a good way. My family, along with the doctor is trying to nurse him back to health. I have multiple photos of his diarrhea and blood in stool from his first time back. Since then, he’s now on three medications, has elevated white blood cell count and I had to pay close to $800 in medical fees. He’s now has to be on a diet for foods that are prescribed (6-8 weeks, costing $60 per 7lb bag) and upward of anything I’ve ever had to pay. If there were any issues, I should have been notified especially since it was just her dog and mine. Instead, we have a bill of healing to do and his vet and I are committed to getting him there.
