Our dog came home very happy and well looked after. We really appreciated all the photos and attention she received, and it looked like she was having so much fun and was very comfortable! Communication was excellent, and coordinating drop-off and pick-up was so smooth and easy. Kevin was quite knowledgeable about dogs and had a good understanding of our dog as well. We'd definitely recommend him, and thank you so much, Meng and Kevin, for taking such great care of our dog!
Kevin was great and took excellent care of Enzo during his two-day stay. He accommodated all of our requests and followed Enzo’s care instructions very well. Kevin also provided timely updates throughout the stay, which we really appreciated. Since Enzo is a high-energy puppy, he initially had some challenges while playing with the older dogs. Kevin handled the situation calmly, did a great job de-escalating things when needed, and ensured all the dogs remained in a safe environment. Kevin also gave us some helpful feedback and advice on how to better manage Enzo during his high-energy moments, which we truly appreciate. Overall, we were very happy with the care Enzo received and would definitely recommend Kevin!
Winston had a wonderful time with Meng and Kevin! We received several photos and updates during his stay which we appreciated.
Chuey loved Meng, they tired him out with long walks. We will definitely be coming back again. He misses them so much, he felt right at home ❤️
Meng Chen and Kevin were excellent with Milo! He made a lot of friends, got walks every morning, and I got a lot of updates every day! They were very communicative and helpful when it came to pick up and drop off as well! Would definitely come again!

We’ll spend quality time at Waterloo Park, which is conveniently located near my home. While there, we’ll enjoy playing a variety of fun games to keep your dog active and engaged. Afterward, we’ll explore the surrounding neighborhood together, ensuring your dog gets plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.
