This was my second time using this sitter. The first time, I had a wonderful experience and left a review reflecting that. However, this time, when I picked my Yorkie up, I asked how she did and was told everything went well. Upon getting into my car, I smelled poop, thinking maybe I stepped in some somehow. Nope, my baby had dried up poop on her bottom. It was so dried up that it had to be cut out of her hair (I have pictures). How does that go unnoticed unless she was locked in a crate majority of the time?? Then, once we got home, I noticed that only one of her food and water bowls were returned. I put her food and water down and she immediately started drinking water for about two minutes straight (1 minute of which I caught on video). I decided then that I would never use this sitter again. I contacted her and let her know that I was missing a food/water bowl and that I would come back on Friday (4 days later) to pick it up. On yesterday, I contacted her and reminded her that I would be coming by in about an hour to pick up the bowl. She replied, “okay”. I arrived and stood at the door for five minutes, knocking, extensively, three times. She never came to the door although her van was in the driveway and I could hear her dogs barking each time I knocked. She also never followed back up with me. I would not recommend.

Melody was a great sitter! She provided daily updates/pictures that added comforting reassurance that my baby was doing well. I will definitely use her again!
