I have grown up with dogs my whole life, and have watched many cats. I had a dachshund/yorkie who was 5 years old and a German Shepard that was 1 before moving on island. I have had plenty of personal experience with different breeds. I also have a 4 year old daughter and a 2 year old son who love animals. I have had to give my own dogs medications from the vet before, so if your animal might need medication while you’re away I can be of assistance. I would love to meet you and your pet beforehand so that we can get acquainted better. Any information about your pet is much appreciated, so that I can care for them with my best abilities. I can’t wait to meet your furry friend!

Melody and her family were the best! Super communicative and friendly. They took such good care of my 2 cats. Rocky and Peeta both seemed very healthy and happy. Would definitely use Melody again!!

Had a great experience with Melody! She is super friendly and great with dogs! Prior to booking, she met with me and my dog at her house with her family to make sure my dog was comfortable there and it was a good fit. She has a yard and a nice neighborhood for walking. So lots of room for a medium to large dog. She was very flexible with drop off and pick up times and was home most of the day with my dog. She sent lots of pictures and updates every day so I knew my dog was doing well and going out for walks. Communication was also easy and she replies quickly to messages. So lucky to have found Melody! Will definitely use her again when we have the chance!
Sweetest and most patient pet sitter ever. Our dog was very well loved and cared for. He was sprinting to stay with Melody. Received updates and pictures multiple times a day which was very comforting
I’m so grateful to Melody and her family for the love and care she gave my girl while I was gone. Melody eased all my anxieties as a first time Rover user. She gave me video and picture updates which totally made my day while I was away. I can’t say thank you enough!!!

I am a stay at home mom so I have all the time in the world to take dogs on walks, and tend to them throughout the time they are with me.

I have a fenced in yard that will allow your dog to run all around. I will follow all instructions in regards to feeding, walking, and anything else you might add.
A typical day
I love taking dogs out on long walks, or to the dog park. My kids love being outside so plenty of time outdoors! We also love relaxing inside where animals can lounge anywhere they would like.
