I have been caring for dogs over 30 years. This has consisted of caring for multiple dogs of my own as well as caring for pets of both friends and family. I am skilled in dog training and like to keep the pooches entertained and active.

Absolutely AMAZING experience with Melody!!! We ended up needing care last minute, and she was better than we could have hoped for! She genuinely cared about our dog and made sure he felt right at home. Always sent us lots of pics and videos to ease our minds. Will definitely be using her again!
Pixie had a great time at Melody’s place. She has a friendly pup, and they got along, so Pixie was not really bored! She has a loving family, which Pixie got a lot of attention from, and she really loves that. She also sent me pictures and videos of her, which really helped ease my mind knowing she’s safe and having fun. Her place is not that far from Edmonton, so I will definitely book her again.
I can’t say enough good things about Melody. This was the first time I ever left my dog alone, and I was super anxious about it — but Melody made the whole experience completely stress-free. We were sent constant photo and video updates, so I always knew my pup was happy, safe, and well cared for. Thanks to Melody's attention and kindness, I was actually able to relax and enjoy my trip. My dog looked so comfortable and loved, which means the world to me. I’ll definitely be booking with Melody again — highly recommend to anyone who wants real peace of mind while they’re away! 🐶💖

Schedule
I currently work full-time Monday to Friday hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week at home) and I therefore have availability most days and weekends. On days I am in office I take time both in the mornings and evenings to go on walks and have some play time to care for your fur baby. I take regular morning and evening walks daily with my dog as well as visit the park everyday to run, socialize and play.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large fenced yard for the pups to play and run around in with my small 5 year old bhichon shih tzu to keep them company! I ensure that both the home and yard are kept safe and free of anything that may be harmful to the pups. All dogs are separated at eating times to avoid any issues with feeding aggression. I have a dog park within walking distance to our home as well as other various parks and trails to visit on on our daily walks and adventures.

A typical day
I love to keep the pups active and stimulated with at least 2 regular daily walks to the nearby parks, or through trails to get some exercise, discover new smells and enjoy some playtime.
