My name is Melodie and I have a diploma in Animal Care from Sheridan College. I have two domestic short hair cats that I adore, they are both 12 years old. I have always wanted a dog and thought that this would be a great way to have the best of both worlds. I have experience working at a vet clinic as well as at a doggy daycare camp. The doggy daycare accomidated large groups of dogs, as big as 20 at a time. I can sit any size dogs in your home, as well as other animals. I love taking dogs on long walks as I am very active. I love all breeds and am very exited to meet and work with animals as it brings a lot of joy to my everyday life. I will treat your pets with the love and respect that I treat my own. Safety, trust & environment
I care for my own pets by regularly cleaning their litter, grooming them, providing fresh water and food daily and now administering medication as they age. Cheeto is diabetic and I administer insulin twice a day and test glucose. I provide the same services aside from grooming to my clients, all though I am happy to do small grooming tasks such as brushing!

Another of many trips without worrying about our cat Yuki because of Melodie's great help. With other carers we always felt like Yuki was anxious when we got home but with Melodie we can almost hear him telling us how great her company was. Thank you for the help once more, Melodie. Till next time!
This was the second time we booked Melodie to visit our little Yuki during our vacations. She evidently has a way with cats and made yuki feel happy and weel pleased by her company. We (and Yuki) hope Melodie is available for the next time we need to be away!
A++ cat sitter! Did really well administering four medications (some liquid, some pill) to my elderly somewhat cranky cats. It's a huge weight off my mind to have them taken care of for future vacations.

Melodie did drop in visits with my cat. She was great to communicate with and was respectful of my home. Most importantly, my cat was very well cared for!

Schedule
A few days notice is appreciated for drop ins however typically available last minute if close by! For house sitting I typically require a few days to a weeks notice minimum and like to do a meet and greet for new clients.
