We cant say enough at how pleased we are with Melissa and her caring for Dixie while we were away! Dixie took to Melissa literally the minute they met. Dogs have a way of knowing, and she wasn't wrong! Her meet and greet was so professional and caring. The questions she asks allows her to know all the things that are important to your pets care. This was a huge plus for us! Melissa went above and beyond in so many ways, like bringing up our trash can and the daily mail. Little things that mean a lot. Her daily report and pictures were priceless! 5 stars aren't enough. We highly recommend Melissa and her services and will be calling on her again!
Melissa was absolutely amazing! I could not have left Smokey in better hands. He was very well cared for and loved. I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. She was very professional and was very respectful of my home. She is very thorough with her questionnaire and checklist to cover every possible question and scenario to take the best care of your pet. Smokey takes time to warm up to people and is very attached to me and by the end fell in love with Melissa. I highly recommend her services and will be using her again.
