Thank you for understanding. *** I have lived with cats my whole life. I am absolutely going to be a crazy cat lady in my elder years, it's a life goal. I love all cats: sweet cuddly ones, mean ones, young ones, old ones. I've got experience with them all! I understand the way cats communicate through their body language, and respect their boundaries. If your pet doesn't want physical attention, I won't force it on them. I've given inner ear medicines (drops and creams), oral antibiotic suspensions, and I've used pill pockets and pill poppers to administer medication. I do not have experience in any other medical support that an animal may need (IE: injections, giving pills rectally, etc). I recently had our two family cats pass away (2022 and 2023), both at the age of 15. One sweet old girl was blind, and the other was deaf. They were an incredible pair and their losses were devastating. I understand how deeply entwined your cat is with your family. I will give them the best love and care possible while you are away, just like I would my own sweet girls. We've since had two adolescent kitties join our family from Richmond Animal League and we absolutely adore them both!
