I have fostered around 100 dogs since I moved to DFW 7 years ago for different rescues in the area. I love all animals and have alot of experience caring for dogs. I was a hospice foster for a few dogs also so i have alot of empathy for animals. I have 2 princesses in the house, my little 7 year old boxer Xena who has been amazing in helping me socialize other dogs I've fostered and my mini schnauzer Princess Belle. From my pics obviously my specialty is snuggling. I do have an in ground pool in the backyard but will never leave any dogs outside unsupervised. I love animals and will treat your pets like my own. Dogs can go in a crate or have free roam of the living room at night and sleep on the couch. I will help your dog feel comfortable at my house.

Melissa came in clutch on short notice for a weekend getaway. That weekend getaway went south when a family member had to be admitted to the hospital and she kept our pups for two extra days and even dropped them off at home for us!!! She made a hectic time so much easier and I'll never forget it!
Had an amazing experience with Melissa. She was super accommodating and flexible with our 3 year old and 9 month old puppy. Her dog Zena was friendly with our pups as well. Would definitely book with her again!

Schedule
I work 100% remote so I can pet sit and not leave your animals for long periods of time. I can do 2 walks per day and lots of potty breaks.

I can offer pet sitting/boarding and make sure your animals are safe at all times. I can crate when needed and make sure they stick to their daily routine when you are gone.

A typical day
I love to give belly rubs, kisses, snuggles and play with toys especially a good game of tug o war. Love to walk around any nearby lake or nature preserve. I do have a pool in my backyard but would never leave an animal outside unsupervised.
