My dog had a great day with Melissa!
She kept our dogs safe and happy and her space is a paradise for pets. They had such a great day and we are so grateful that Melissa took such great care of them. She was super responsive, sent pictures, and treated them like her own dogs. They didn’t want to leave!
As soon as I met Melissa I knew my pup would be in good hands. Melissa has a very kind and chill energy, she seemed like someone I would actually be friends with! She has her own pup, about the same size as mine and they became fast friends. I felt completely comfortable leaving my pup with Melissa. If you’re looking for someone to watch your pup in her area, you shouldn’t hesitate to use Melissa!
Everything went so smooth, I can’t recommend her enough! But I don’t want to because then she wont be available next time! Ha
Melissa is very professional and genuinely loves dogs. Our puppy had the best time with Fellini and Owen and Melissa. We can’t wait to do it again.
My separation anxious pandemic pup had a great time with Melissa and her family. He was excited to go back the next day too! She was so flexible with scheduling. Her dog was so friendly and well socialized and welcomed mine into his pack with ease.

Schedule
I work just one mile from home and am able to come home during my lunch break, so dogs in my care are never left alone for more than three hours at a time on weekdays. Mornings start with a potty break, breakfast, and some attention before I head to work. I return at lunch for another potty break, playtime, and any midday care needed. After work, I’m home for the evening with plenty of time for walks, dinner, and play.

Dogs in my care spend a lot of time outside and enjoying our large yard. I love keeping dogs active with plenty of opportunities to run, explore, and burn off energy in a safe space.

A typical day
Days are relaxed and built around your dog’s routine. Mornings usually begin with breakfast followed by plenty of outdoor playtime in our large, grassy, fully fenced yard—perfect for fetch, running, and safe exploring. Throughout the day, dogs enjoy multiple backyard breaks, interactive playtime, and walks. We live in a quiet community with a perfect ¼-mile cul-de-sac walk, and for dogs who enjoy longer outings, the bay is about a mile away and makes a great walk as well. Evenings are calm and cozy, with dinner, more outdoor time, and lots of affection before settling in for the night.
