I would highly recommend Melissa as a very responsible dog caretaker. She cared for my “fur babies” during her high school and college years. From their puppy stage through senior years, where they needed special care, she could not have more compassionate and loving. I never worried when they were being cared for by Melissa, my babies” were safe. When the time came for them to cross the Rainbow Bridge, a very young mixed terrier rescue came in the home. He was unpredictable and scared, but Melissa won him over. It’s been three years since she relocated for her job and he still squeals with excitement when she comes to visit him. Melissa has been taking care of dogs her entire life. As a child and through college, she dog sat for several neighbors’ dogs and was trustworthy and loving. She has owned dogs most of her life and loves caring for them. My husband and I have a dog and we trust her explicitly for care for and nurture our dog, Maya. We had Melissa take care of Maya over a holiday when we went out of town and she far exceeded our expectations. Melissa is very good at taking care of dogs. I’ve seen her consistently take care of our neighbors dogs and her own dog when she lived with her parents. She loves to walk them and is very good at playing with them. She has taken on jobs with dog care when she was in high school.
