I’m a caring and responsible animal lover who has loved pets from a very young age. When I was 5 years old, I got my first pet, a dog, and since then, animals have always had a special place in my heart. Growing up in Colombia, I often cared for and walked my friends’ and family’s pets. These experiences taught me to be patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s individual needs and personality. I’m reliable, patient, attentive, and eager to learn. I would be happy to care for cats, dogs, and birds, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I provide attentive, reliable, and respectful care in my client’s home, always following the pet’s usual routine and the owner’s instructions. I also understand that caring for a pet includes taking care of their environment. As part of my visits, I can help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after the pet, keeping feeding areas tidy and making sure the home is clean, secure, and well maintained. I treat every home with respect and every pet with patience, care, and attention. I’m happy to provide updates and photos to give owners peace of mind while they are away.

We are very happy with Melissa and can only recommend her. She jumped in spontaneously, which we appreciated a lot. Our cat is extremly shy and is usually hiding, when new people are around. But Melissa really made the effort to warm up with her, so that she got out of her hiding. We were so glad, when she sent us photos of our cat happily eating her food and even playing a little.
Melissa is a very careful sitter, she is reliable and always keeps me informed during the time she is taking care of our dog and cat ( Milo🐶 and Mishu🐈). She sends pictures of our pets and keep everything tidy. 100% recommended!

Schedule
Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine because I have my own dog and a cat. I’m used to planning my day around feeding, walks, playtime, fresh water, and giving my pets plenty of attention and care. I understand how important consistency and responsibility are when looking after a pet, so I can adapt myself to the needs of your pets. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable.
