I grew up on a farm with a variety of animals including dogs and cats of various breeds and needs. I can't have as many animals as I would like, so sitting for other's pets seems a good alternative.

Where do I start! Melissa and Family are truly the BEST Rover experience we have had! EVER! The care Bella received was priceless! The house and grounds are a dog’s paradise!!! And the humans made sure Bella had daily walks in the woods, swim in the pond, chasing squirrels and chipmunks …so much so, Bella ate and slept well. This is a FIRST FOLKS! I was thinking Bella wouldn’t want to come back home she was having such an amazing time. I know Bella will miss her new human friends and Dhooney that is Bella’s newest best fur friend! To sum up… this stay was PAWSOME!

Schedule
I work full time during the school year, but my evenings and weekends tend to be free. My husband is typically working from home and likes to take our dog for walks around our property.

Safety, trust & environment
I am able to take dogs for walks in the woods or around our property on leash. We have plenty of room inside and outside for stretching and playing or just lounging on a dog bed or cat perch. Feedings can be done individually and give your pet some privacy and quiet if needed.
Pets
A typical day
We have several interconnecting trails in the woods surrounding our house which are perfect for walks throughout the day. We have a small pond for pups that like to wade or swim and plenty of lawn space for fetch, Frisbee or just finding the perfect sun spot. We are outside as much as possible with plenty of active time to help with a good night's sleep.
